Brought home along with me to NY. :)
Loving my new dorm room, Sooo much more room than my old shack. I think that i'm definately getting more accustomed to the Adelphi "college life" ( or lack there of??) this year and accepting it to be the way that it is. I'm definately alot busier now that i'm taking 3 sciences incl. the deathly organic 5 hour lab, and the responsibilities of editor for Circle K. But with good long random talks with dormmates, hanging out in NYC with NYU-ers ;) and Adelphi ppl getting myself outside of this tiny garden city campus i'm alot happier.
This weekend I got to participate in the Heart Walk at Nassau Community college which was alot of fun. Instead of walking, I helped out handing out free food that was donated. Subway sandwiches, oranges, apples, muffins.. mmm.... can't go wrong w/ free food.
 
GUESS WHO I SAW??
JOHN BASEDOW- made "Fitness Made Simple" His fitness advertisement is ALWAYS on tv. hahah he was signing autographs and flexing his muscle and taking pictures. He even had his own video camera guy that was following him around along w/ his manager. it was pretty funny.

After going through so much and seeing so many things this summer I really do feel blessed for everything that I have. I mean there's so many things that I feel I take for granted. Being healthy, not having to worry about financial stuff to pay for school & for everything else, having a loving family, supportive, can I say awesome friends that I can just meet up after so long and still have a ball with. It was a blast hanging out with old friends (you know who you are), camp friends *squeakies*, meeting amazing people in MI. Thanks guys for making this summer the way it was. :)
side note: thanks cathy for brownies and cookies! They were amazing. i'm gonna get so fat  I shaarredd.. and now they're ALL gone. lol. :x
God really does bless you with everything you need.
Just trust in him, He'll take care of you.
